Live locally? We offer FREE delivery on DONGARA-PORT DENISON orders and deliver to GERALDTON every Wednesday. Collection point is our Geraldton Stockist Tarts & Co Cafe 202 Marine Terrace. Please tick LOCAL at the checkout and leave a delivery note in the comments.

COLLECTION

Tick COLLECT at the checkout if you wish to arrange collection of your order. For those passing through Dongara and wish to pick-up and save money on Shipping, we're happy to accommodate you! Collection is from our Shop front at 29 Moreton Terrace, Dongara WA during business hours

Monday - Closed

Tuesday - Friday 9.30am - 4pm

Saturday 10am - 1pm

Sunday 10am - 12pm

SHIPPING

Shipping can an take anywhere from 2-14 business days to arrive after it has been processed. All orders are sent from Dongara WA, please keep this in mind when waiting for your order to come, specially if you live on the east coast.

We use Australia Post, all orders include a tracking number.

All items are inspected before packaged and shipped.

RETURNS

All sales are final and cannot be returned, please choose carefully before purchasing. 

Handmade products: each item will have it's own unique character, any slight imperfections are all part of the beauty of handmade products and should be viewed as the unique character of that piece.

Workshops: if you are unable to attend on the day, please provide at least 24hrs notice. We understand that life is busy and unforeseen circumstances happen - by our approval, we are happy to transfer your payment to another workshop or to use as a store credit against future retail purchases.
